Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year in operations or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with safety standards, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and labor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of drivers and monitor performance and dispatch.
• Lead driver interviews, training, and ongoing development.
• Ensure drivers are on time, properly credentialed, and in uniform.
• Manage workforce relations and adherence to the CBA and safety standards.
• Monitor on-time performance and dispatch coverage in real time.
• Address disciplinary actions per company policy and applicable agreements.
