This salaried role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays and offers an annual bonus up to 10%. You will partner with HR to address employee matters, monitor dispatch, and sustain high service standards.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, data analysis, and strong communication to optimize staffing, training, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in operations experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Safety, workers' compensation, labor relations, and CBA experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a specific group of drivers and monitor performance.
• Manage day-to-day driver workforce functions and dispatch.
• Ensure training and retraining per procedures.
• Conduct regular performance follow-ups with new drivers.
• Manage manpower needs and driver dispatch for routes.
• Monitor on-time performance in real time.
• Enforce safety standards and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Enforce CBA guidelines and handle grievances with HR.
• Support driver labor relations and credentialing.
• Address employee matters and disciplinary actions as needed.
