Greyhound is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee a team of drivers in the assigned area. You will lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and ensure DOT/FMC compliance while optimizing route efficiency and safety.

This leadership role includes labor relations duties, driver development, and collaboration with HR to resolve personnel matters. An experienced transportation or logistics background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in operations leadership.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Data analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Diplomacy and discretion in employee relations.
• Experience with safety, workers' compensation, labor relations, and CBA preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, and manage driver workforce.
• Ensure training and retraining per procedures.
• Monitor on-time performance and real-time dispatch.
• Maintain safety compliance with DOT/FMC regulations.
• Coordinate HR with labor relations and grievance processes.
• Plan future scheduling and run changes.
