Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Driver Supervisor to oversee a group of drivers, monitor performance and dispatch, and ensure pool compliance, safety, and labor relations.

The role requires interviewing, training, development, and coordinating with HR, with a focus on on-time performance, DOT regulations, and adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

This is a full-time leadership role in the United States with comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with safety, workers' comp, labor relations, and CBA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver workforce daily; interview, train, and manage.
• Ensure drivers are trained and retrained per procedures.
• Monitor performance and manage dispatch coverage.
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and union relations.
• Review DOT logs and monitor on-time performance.
• Apply company policies for discipline and terminations.
