Responsibilities

• Interviews, selects, trains, and manages the driver workforce.
• Ensures drivers are trained and retrained per procedures.
• Monitors on-time performance and dispatch for routes.
• Supports HR on personnel matters and labor relations with the union.
• Ensures DOT and FMCSA safety compliance and proper credentialing.
• Oversees performance feedback and disciplinary actions per policy.
