Quantix SCS LLC is seeking a Settlement Analyst to manage driver settlements and payroll tasks for customers, including processing daily billing and referrals. The role supports terminal operations and requires accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience, preferably in Transportation or Logistics.
• Ability to learn and use multiple systems, with TMW a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate Excel skills for spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter driver settlement pay items accurately and timely.
• Process and maintain referral and sign-on bonuses for drivers, plus other deductions.
• Prepare approvals for driver settlements.
• Import pay information into TMW for settlements.
• Run audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Perform daily fuel imports and audits for records.
• Communicate with departments to ensure accurate results and resolve discrepancies.
• Research and resolve pay issues promptly and efficiently.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Provide general office support and related clerical tasks.
• Assist with payroll functions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
