United Petroleum Transports in Oklahoma City is seeking a detail‑oriented payroll professional to provide driver support and coordinate company/lease driver payroll with speed and accuracy.

You will enter deductions and non-invoice payments, process payroll, handle Comdata tasks, and organize settlements in a normal office environment. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; payroll processing experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Enter miscellaneous and standard deductions into driver settlements system.
• Enter non-invoice payments into driver settlement system.
• Sort and bar code backup for settlements.
• Process company driver payroll.
• Process comdata wire weekly for payroll and accounts payable.
• File comcheck receipts.
• Scan payroll backup.
• Issue comdata cards to drivers and handle related administrative tasks.
• Evaluate and sort emails daily.
• Support lease payroll.
• Take phone calls to assist drivers and CSCs.
• Other duties as assigned.
