• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with drivers and a safety team.

Responsibilities

• Support driver recruiting and hiring efforts.
• Work directly with drivers regarding pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Monitor safety concerns and help minimize accidents.
• Review daily harsh-driving events and driver camera notifications.
• Assist with safety coaching, documentation, and compliance.
• Partner with the existing safety team on HR and safety initiatives.
