ATS, Inc. is seeking a Driver Safety Advisor to work with professional drivers in Saint Cloud, MN. You will coach, educate, and guide behavioral development to reduce risk and improve safety performance.

Ideal candidates bring CDL experience, strong transportation knowledge, and a passion for mentoring. You will collaborate with Driver Managers, conduct evaluations, and support training, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CDL and hands-on tractor-trailer driving experience required.
• Knowledge of transportation safety regulations and safe driving practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Experience using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor drivers on safety performance and risk reduction.
• Review driver performance, safety, and compliance data to identify trends.
• Partner with Driver Managers to support development and performance.
• Create individualized improvement plans, including training and simulator instruction.
• Analyze accident, injury, and behavioral trends for proactive risk reduction.
• Assist with road tests, driver evaluations, and orientation assessments.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to coaching.
• Resolve concerns professionally while maintaining driver relationships.
