Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a seasoned training and safety leader to oversee driver training, orientation, and performance. You will conduct classroom and on-road instruction, perform ride-alongs, and lead safety meetings.

Qualifications include CDL with Passenger Endorsement, 2+ years of customer service experience, and strong coaching skills. This role emphasizes compliance, recruitment support, and thorough record keeping.

Qualifications

• Two years of demand-responsive customer service experience.
• Ability to teach and measure training effectiveness.
• DOT medical card issued by an authorized provider.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Reliable, stress-tolerant, adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
• CDL license with Passenger Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and initial driver training (classroom/on-road).
• Provide road training and observation to ensure policy adherence.
• Assess drivers on customer service, safety, and equipment use.
• Perform ride-alongs to verify performance against KPIs.
• Respond to accidents/incidents and report promptly.
• Lead safety training and investigations; maintain records.
• Coordinate DOT/compliance with laws; assist with recruiting.
• Keep personnel and safety files up to date.
