Job summary

Koch Companies is seeking a Safety Advisor to join our on-site team in Golden Valley, MN. You will coach drivers, review safety events, and implement training to promote regulatory compliance and driver success across our fleet.

You will analyze safety data, lead investigations, and develop individualized driver plans to prevent incidents, while supporting HOS, ELD management, and safety technology adoption company-wide.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
• Experience coaching drivers and delivering safety training.
• Ability to analyze safety events and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support drivers to maintain DOT and company compliance.
• Lead accident and injury reviews to identify contributing factors and corrective actions.
• Develop driver success plans to improve performance and prevent incidents.
• Deliver injury prevention, defensive driving, and safety training to drivers and staff.
• Serve as SME for Samsara safety technology, cameras, and ELD systems.
