Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Sales and Service Specialist (TNC) to support Lyft/Uber driver rentals. You will facilitate reservations, process rentals, and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for pickup, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle inquiries about rental programs, billing, and extensions, and work to maximize revenue by engaging customers. Valid driver’s license and reliable performance are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literate and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best rental car experience.
• Assist customers creating rental car reservations, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles.
• Assist customers with post rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, delivering helpful customer service that enhances the rental experience.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, extensions, roadside assistance and more.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including checking for damage, cleaning interior/exterior, fueling, and fluid checks.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by soliciting business after inquiries and overcoming objections.
