Responsibilities

• Cold contact prospects to source qualified drivers at high volume.
• Interview and analyze reports to verify hiring requirements.
• Evaluate applicants against Fraley & Schilling standards for quality.
• Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to qualify candidates.
• Provide accurate information about positions to applicants.
• Extend offers to candidates who meet requirements.
• Enter candidate information precisely into the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support orientation and transition of hires to operations.
