Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education; post-secondary education preferred.
• 3+ years of administration or clerical duties in the transportation industry.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and review driver background documents and applications.
• Coordinate onboarding, licensing, road tests, and documentation.
• Maintain inbound/outbound queues and answer calls.
• Prepare reports and status updates on recruiting activity.
• Support field recruiters as needed.
