Job summary

PAM Transport Inc. is seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to attract top driver talent for our national fleet and on-campus CDL-A program.

You will engage with prospective drivers and students, explaining opportunities and guiding candidates from application through onboarding. The role focuses on recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating onboarding activities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range that rewards experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive
• Knowledge of motor carrier transportation industry
• Knowledge of recruiting and marketing as applied to driver recruiting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to effectively work with others
• Drive and passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Recruit top driver talent for the fleet and on-campus CDL-A program
• Conduct daily recruiting activities to source new driver/student candidates
• Achieve weekly hiring goals of 2+ drivers and 2-3 students per quarter
• Field inbound phone inquiries from prospective recruits
• Enter accurate recruitment activity into the ATS/database
• Screen candidates after applications and guide them through onboarding
• Arrange pre-employment drug screens and physicals and coordinate onboarding with departments
