Knight Transportation, North Phoenix Corporate office, is seeking a Driver Recruiter Support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for drivers. You will schedule pre-employment screenings, coordinate drug tests, and serve as the main contact through the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office administrative experience required.
• Travel arrangements experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must possess outstanding communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pre-employment screening appointments to onboard drivers.
• Manage relationships with drivers, recruiters, and leadership.
• Set up nationwide drug screen testing and enter test data.
• Assist drivers through the physical process and be the main contact.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in audits.
• Arrange transportation for pre-employment screening when needed.
• Support Recruiting and Driver Qualification in onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with team to achieve organizational goals.
