zTrip is seeking a Transportation Recruiter to attract, onboard, and retain qualified drivers, expanding our driver network and supporting fleet growth. You will craft recruitment strategies, engage with communities and agencies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to activation.

Formación

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or workforce development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interview, evaluate, and engage candidates effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate records.
