Job summary

zTrip MKE is seeking a driven Transportation Recruiter to attract, onboard, and retain qualified drivers. You will lead recruiting initiatives and build a strong driver network while guiding candidates through the hiring process and creating a positive candidate experience.

You will engage with workforce partners, represent zTrip at events, and collaborate with operations to support onboarding and retention efforts, driving fleet growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, workforce development, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interview, evaluate, and engage candidates effectively.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, referral programs, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Promote driving opportunities and career benefits with zTrip.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records.
