Job summary

zTrip is seeking an energetic Transportation Recruiter to attract, onboard, and retain qualified drivers. You will lead recruiting initiatives to grow our driver network, guide candidates through hiring, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, plus experience with ATS/CRM tools and multiple recruiting channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interview, evaluate, and engage candidates effectively.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with recruiting software, ATS, CRM or related tools preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Promote driving opportunities and career benefits with zTrip.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records.
