This role drives the growth of our driver network by identifying top talent and guiding candidates through hiring while creating a positive experience that supports long-term success with zTrip.

The position emphasizes sourcing across job boards, social media, events, and partnerships, with a focus on delivering a strong candidate experience

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to interview, evaluate, and engage candidates effectively.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with recruiting software, ATS, or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and partnerships.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Promote driving opportunities and benefits with zTrip.
• Coordinate hiring events and recruiting campaigns.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate records.
