zTrip is seeking a Transportation Recruiter in the United States to attract qualified driver candidates, build and maintain a robust pipeline, and guide applicants through onboarding. You will coordinate events, engage with communities, and advocate for career growth within our driver network.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, outreach to workforce partners, and data-driven recruitment practices to support fleet growth and operational success. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, workforce development, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interview, evaluate, and engage candidates effectively.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or related technology preferred.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable networking and representing the company in public settings.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, referral programs, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Promote driving opportunities and career benefits with zTrip.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist candidates with licensing, documentation, and qualification requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to activation.
• Coordinate with operational teams to support successful onboarding.
• Identify and resolve onboarding challenges that may delay candidate completion.
