Job summary

Ztrip is seeking an energetic Recruiter to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. You will develop innovative recruitment strategies, build relationships with candidates and drivers, and collaborate with operations leadership to support workforce growth and service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have experience recruiting CDL/non-CDL drivers, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract professional drivers.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, industry networks, workforce partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers to support current and future staffing needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, CDL schools, workforce development programs, and community events.
• Promote the company culture, driver benefits, earning opportunities, and career growth potential.
• Partner with operations leaders to understand driver staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Develop relationships with local driving schools, training programs, and workforce agencies to create ongoing candidate pipelines.
