Job summary

zTrip is seeking an energetic Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager in Milwaukee, WI to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts. You will build pipelines, promote driver benefits, and work with operations leadership to support workforce growth and service excellence.

You will Develop innovative recruiting strategies, build relationships with drivers and candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Experience recruiting CDL or non-CDL drivers is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified professional drivers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong driver pipeline for staffing needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs, CDL schools, and community events.
• Promote driver benefits and career growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to plan staffing.
• Develop relationships with driving schools and workforce agencies.
