Qualifications

• 5 years recruiting experience.
• 3 years ATS/recruiting technology experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in transportation, sales, or recruiting.
• High volume phone-call experience.
• Ability to work in a team and promote trust and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor assigned Driver Recruiters to hit goals.
• Achieve 8 First Solo Dispatch Hires per month and 96 per year.
• Collaborate with operations to understand business needs.
• Maintain seated truck count above 95% for accounts.
• Interview, pre-qualify applicants and analyze information.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, equipment, operations, benefits, and pay.
• Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Evaluate candidates’ work history and safety performance.
• Extend conditional offers of employment.
• Maintain knowledge of DOT regulations and hiring criteria.
• Complete DOT background investigations for Class A CDL.
• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings to review performance metrics.
• Monitor lead flow and reallocate as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
