Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a strong Talent Acquisition leader to drive the recruitment strategy for Class A CDL drivers and independent contractors. You will build and coach a top-performing recruiting team, execute hiring plans across Truckload, Dedicated, and related divisions, and ensure compliant processes across federal and state regulations.

You will manage media spend, source candidates, and develop talent pipelines while forecasting staffing needs and maintaining a positive candidate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum five years’ demonstrated experience in logistics operations and driver recruiting.
Minimum five years’ experience managing others and leading processes.
Minimum two years’ experience with recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs for drivers (hiring, lead generation, turnover reduction).
Develop, train, and recognize a high-performing recruiter team.
Drive the military recruiting strategy and driver hiring for multiple divisions.
Source, screen, and hire Class A CDL Drivers and Independent Contractors.
Plan recruitment processes, interviews, and candidate experience to ensure quality hires.
Develop and communicate a driver recruiting scoreboard and forecast staffing needs.
