Job summary

Auto DriveawaySystems, LLC is seeking a Driver Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring professional drivers across asset types, including DOT and CDL qualified resources.

You will develop screening practices, collaborate with Operations, HR and Marketing, drive driver engagement, provide reporting, and expand our driver pool nationwide while prioritizing safety and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for drivers and full lifecycle recruitment knowledge of laws.
• Proven leadership and management of a geographically dispersed team.
• Strong background in transportation, logistics or related fields.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and email.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Driver Recruiters sourcing professional drivers for all asset types, including DOT and CDL qualified resources.
• Develop and implement screening procedures; conduct interviews to onboard top driver candidates.
• Coordinate with regional offices to meet forecasted driver needs and projects.
• Develop driver utilization metrics to keep safe drivers engaged and productive.
• Establish a driver engagement platform to reinforce culture, safety, and customer service.
• Collaborate with Safety and Compliance on onboarding and training processes.
• Explore traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods to grow the driver pool.
• Provide reporting and analytics to key stakeholders.
• Work with Operations, HR and Marketing to drive candidate traffic to applications.
