Job summary

LGT Transport, an in-office role based in Omaha, NE, is looking for a full-time Driver Recruiting Manager. You will own the driver recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding—for Class A CDL, Hazmat and Tanker drivers to support our cryogenic and industrial gas operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in truck driver recruiting, DOT/FMCSA knowledge, and strong project-management skills. You’ll collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Safety to ensure top talent meets regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of truck driver recruiting or related role.
• Experience with DOT/FMCSA driver qualifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver recruiting strategy across all terminals and regions.
• Screen applicants for qualifications, safety, DOT eligibility.
• Coordinate interviews, road tests, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
• Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategy based on data.
