Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking a driven recruiter to attract driver talent and students for the on-campus CDL-A program. You will guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process, field inquiries, and coordinate scheduling for drug screens and onboarding activities.

The role focuses on sourcing, engaging with prospects, and achieving weekly hiring goals while collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting drivers or students is desirable.
• Knowledge of motor carrier transportation industry.
• Strong communication and sourcing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top driver talent for the fleet and CDL-A program.
• Source and screen candidates; respond to inquiries.
• Meet weekly hiring goals (2+ drivers, 2–3 students per quarter).
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment steps.
