Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience (transportation industry preferred).
• College degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations is highly preferred.
• Concierge customer service mindset and high service quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Field recruiting calls on an as needed basis.
• Review applications and determine if candidates are qualified.
• Conduct personal interviews daily with prospective candidates.
• Provide direction and counseling to staff involved in recruiting efforts.
• Complete background checks and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Travel to various locations for recruiting as needed.
