Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience (transportation industry preferred).
• College degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Paycom, TenStreet, 3rd party administrator experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Field recruiting calls as needed.
• Review applications and determine qualifications.
• Process applications for new hires and rehires.
• Conduct daily interviews with candidates.
• Provide guidance to staff involved in recruiting efforts.
• Complete background checks including PSP and MVR reports.
• Travel to locations for recruiting activities.
• Support re-hire and retention efforts.
• Complete onboarding through Paycom, TenStreet, and TMW.
