Job summary

NRS is seeking a Driver Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and attract qualified driver and owner-operator candidates across the East and West coasts. The role sources, screens, and presents applicants for open positions; duties include coordinating road and drug tests and ensuring compliance.

Strong English communication and proactive, independent work style are essential. Travel is expected (minimum 10%), and familiarity with TenStreet is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years recruiting and hiring experience preferred.
• Logistics industry knowledge preferred.
• Ability to write well in English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to write accurate job postings and criteria.
• Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods based on role and industry standards.
• Retrieves applications from TenStreet Dashboard daily.
• Uses TenStreet API to screen, interview, and select qualified applicants.
• Schedules interviews, tests, and paperwork with hiring managers.
• Communicates interview feedback and status to applicants.
• Verifies employment eligibility and conducts background checks.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Supports onboarding and participates in hiring fairs.
