Job summary

Indian River Transport, a premier liquid bulk food-grade tanker carrier, seeks a Driver Recruiter at our Bensalem, PA location. You’ll source and engage CDL-A driver candidates and guide them through onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in driver recruiting, solid DOT/FMCSA knowledge, strong communication, and ATS experience (Tenstreet preferred). This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth within a nationwide fleet.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in driver recruiting or high-volume transportation recruiting.
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified CDL-A drivers viajob boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate experience, safety records, and qualifications.
• Guide candidates through recruitment process from initial contact through orientation and onboarding.
• Maintain follow-up to ensure candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with safety, operations, and HR for onboarding.
• Track candidate activity with an ATS.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company standards.
