Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process driver payroll and owner-operator settlements via the Trip Jacket module (TMI); verify pay, deductions, reimbursements and fuel card transactions.
• Set up accounts for new owner-operators for settlements.
• Track lease operator and company assets and keep master files up to date.
• Prepare and audit weekly payroll and settlements; communicate with drivers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Pay settlements for terminated operators in a timely, contract-compliant manner; protect company assets.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic documentation; assist others as needed.
• Other duties as assigned to support team objectives.
