Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes driver payroll and owner-operator settlements through the Trip Jacket module of TMI with verification of pay, deductions, reimbursements, and fuel card transactions.
• Sets up accounts for new owner operators and maintains master files.
• Tracks leases and company assets and updates master information as needed.
• Audits weekly payroll and settlements and resolves questions with drivers and departments.
• Ensures timely, contract-compliant settlements for terminated operators while protecting company assets.
• Maintains organized physical and electronic documentation and assists teammates as needed.
