Hirschbach Motor Lines, LLC is seeking a Settlement Coordinator in Dubuque, IA to handle driver payroll and owner-operator settlements using the Trip Jacket module. The Settlement Coordinator is responsible for processing driver payroll and owner-operator settlements through the Trip Jacket module of TMI, ensuring accuracy in pay calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and fuel card transactions. This role sets up new owner-operator accounts, maintains master files, and tracks lease operator and company assets to ensure current and accurate records.
The position prepares and audits weekly payroll and settlement statements, communicates with drivers, lease operators, and internal departments to resolve questions and discrepancies, and ensures timely and contract-compliant settlements for terminated operators while safeguarding company assets. The Settlement Coordinator maintains organized physical and electronic documentation, supports team members as needed, and proactively contributes to departmental and organizational objectives.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
