Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 1+ years of sales or high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume calls, chats, and messages from drivers.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
• Understanding of transportation and logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops a pool of candidates through direct sourcing for several open positions.
• Conducts outreach and phone interviews to assess driver qualifications and goals.
• Ensures recruiting goals are achieved in a timely manner for each assignment.
• Matches candidates with right pay plans and accounts based on experience.
• Provides accurate details on compensation, benefits, routes, and home time.
• Maintains an active candidate pipeline and communicates regularly with drivers.
• On-boards new hires within company standards and trains team members.
• Prepares recruiting reports and identifies trends and sources.
• Possesses flexible schedule including some nights/weekends.
