Greyhound seeks a Driver Supervisor in Boston to oversee a group of drivers, monitor performance, and manage dispatch for a 24/7 operation. You will ensure safety, training, and compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations while coordinating staffing and driver development.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, on-call shifts, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive reliable service and labor relations with the union.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with labor relations, CBA, and safety compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the driver workforce and daily operations.
• Ensure drivers report on time, in uniform, and prepared to work.
• Train, interview, and manage drivers; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance and proper credentialing for drivers.
• Coordinate dispatch and coverage, including weekend/holiday operations.
• Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and grievance processes.
