Greyhound in Dallas is seeking a Driver Supervisor to oversee a group of drivers, monitor performance, and manage daily workforce activities with a focus on safety and efficient dispatch. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong labor relations.

You will lead interviews, training, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA standards and the CBA, with collaboration with HR. This is a leadership role eligible for an annual 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year in operations experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
• Diplomacy and discretion in working with union officials
• Safety, Workers Compensation, Labor relations, and CBA experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with the driver workforce, interviews, selects, trains, and manages the driver workforce.
• Ensures training and retraining according to procedures.
• Follows up with new drivers on performance.
• Manages dispatch for route personnel and coverage.
• Ensures drivers report to work on time and in uniform.
• Provides ongoing feedback using DriveCam and customer feedback.
• Investigates and acts on safety and operational feedback.
• Plans future books offs and run change assignments.
• Ensures DOT/FMCSA safety compliance and company standards.
• Ensures drivers are credentialed to operate CMV.
• Works with HR on personnel matters and labor relations.
• Ensures adherence to the CBA and grievance process.
• Reviews electronic or paper DOT logs.
• Monitors on-time performance in real time.
• Manages discipline and termination per policy when needed.
