Job summary

Greyhound is seeking a Driver Supervisor to oversee a group of drivers, monitor performance, and manage day-to-day dispatch operations. The role emphasizes safety, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and effective employee relations within a unionized environment.

The position offers a leadership path with annual bonus eligibility and requires strong communication skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage scheduling, training, and labor relations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in operations experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion with union officials.
• Safety and Workers Compensation, Labor relations, and CBA experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with the driver workforce; interview, select, train and manage drivers.
• Ensure drivers trained/retrained per procedures.
• Monitor driver performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Manage driver dispatch for routes and ensure on-time, proper uniform compliance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards.
• Work with HR on personnel matters and labor relations; enforce CBA.
