Candidates should have full availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Qualified applicants will have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Safety, workers' compensation, labor relations, and CBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily driver workforce, interviews, selects, trains, and manages drivers.
• Ensures training compliance and regular performance follow-ups.
• Manages dispatch coverage and on-time performance in real time.
• Ensures DOT and FMCSA compliance and proper credentialing of drivers.
• Partners with HR on employee matters and labor relations.
• Travels between locations as required.
