Responsibilities

• Supervises driver performance to balance business needs and driver welfare.
• Promotes safety metrics and service KPIs.
• Coaches drivers using High Performance Coaching.
• Ensures high levels of service through proactive communication.
• Plans driver loads based on availability and PTA.
• Coordinates with drivers on testing and CDL renewal deadlines.
• Collaborates with other departments to maximize productivity.
