Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers are trained and credentialed according to procedures.
• Monitor on-time performance and driver dispatch for routes.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Manage employee performance and discipline per policy, including labor relations matters.
