Job summary

• Ability to travel multiple times per year as needed for training and career development purposes.
• Highly proficient computer skills. Must be comfortable using a computer and various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate loads to meet on-time service targets.
• Manage driver compensation and time-at-home requirements.
• Maintain driver calendars and log home-time requests.
• Ensure safety, compliance and service issues are addressed with drivers.
