The Dispatch Specialist acts as a communication hub between drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers, resolving any issues that arise during transit to maintain service quality. By monitoring shipment progress and adjusting plans proactively, the specialist helps minimize delays and operational costs. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall success of the supply chain by ensuring that goods are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination within the transportation or warehousing industry.
