Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related dispatch or manager experience.
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads and assign qualified drivers.
• Review dispatch sheets and driver assignments for efficiency.
• Enter load information into TMW and prepare delivery receipts.
• Maintain professional relationships with drivers and customers.
• Ensure safety rules and DOT/OSHA compliance are followed.
• Communicate with customers to ensure a high level of service.
• Prepare and forward reports to terminal management.
