Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
• Familiar with DOT, CSA, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch, load planning and drive coordination for assigned drivers.
• Participate in on-call schedule to support 24/7 driver operations.
• Ensure high on-time service by coordinating with Operations, Scheduling and Safety teams.
• Review driver performance and safety compliance to support company policy.
