Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to coordinate a group of drivers, primarily Class A CDL holders. You will dispatch loads, assign equipment, relay instructions, and maintain smooth operations while promoting safety and prompt issue resolution.

The role requires updating the dispatch system, communicating with internal teams and customers, monitoring Hours of Service, and ensuring DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispatch or transportation operations preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service.

Responsibilities

• Review routing and scheduling plan for the shift; dispatch routes and relay information to drivers.
• Update the dispatch system and communicate with internal teams and customers.
• Elevate safety issues to management and offer solutions for resolution.
• Ensure drivers comply with DOT Hours of Service and regulatory requirements.
