Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years in transportation/logistics or related fields.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends when needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and safety teams to reduce turnover.
• Fill in for absent staff and assist with fleet optimization projects.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability; prepare reports for customers.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Perform payroll, driver counseling, and maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate loads, routing, and plan freight movement to meet schedules.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure DOT compliance.
