Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior transportation or onboarding experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all driver qualification file documentation and activation.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with applicants about file status.
• Ensure all applications are complete with required documentation.
• Verify employment history for three years per FMCSR requirements.
• Organize documents for driver activation and ensure regulatory compliance.
