Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking a highly driven recruitment professional to attract top driver talent for our fleet and on-campus CDL-A program. You’ll engage with prospective drivers and guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.

Working Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, you will source candidates, hit weekly hiring goals, and coordinate onboarding, drug screens, and safety compliance while collaborating with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and driven to recruit drivers.
• Knowledge of the motor carrier transportation industry.
• Knowledge of recruiting and marketing for driver roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top driver talent for the fleet and CDL-A on-campus program.
• Conduct daily recruiting activities to source candidates.
• Achieve weekly hiring goals of 2+ drivers and 2–3 students per quarter.
• Field inbound inquiries from prospective recruits.
• Enter recruitment activity into the ATS/database.
• Phone screen candidates after applications are completed.
• Guide candidates through onboarding from application to hire.
• Schedule pre-employment drug screens and physicals.
• Coordinate onboarding and school arrival processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Assist with recruitment-related special projects.
